Discovering Rail Careers - 15th July 2024

Discovering Rail Careers is the school engagement program of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA), led by the Rail Academy. The program proactively engages with school career advisers and counsellors to raise awareness about career opportunities in the rail, light rail, and construction industries.
Career advisers will hear from industry professionals and work through activities that assists in matching students to a career pathway in the rail industry.
- Time – 9:15am – 1:30pm
- Location – Rail Academy, Newport.
- Lunch - please advise in the notes of any dietary requirements for the day
This is a great immersive experience for teachers, career advisers and pathway counsellors to learn about the opportunities in rail, transport, and projects currently underway in Victoria.
