Discover Your Authentic Love Language – A Deep-Dive Workshop

This is so much more than just learning about the “five love languages.” It’s about uncovering whether you’re speaking the love language that’s truly yours… or one you picked up out of necessity, survival, or habit to have your needs met.

We’ll journey through each love language, looking at how it can show up in its most beautiful, healthy form… and also where it can be distorted or misused. We’ll talk about the “I’m sorry” languages, and some of the sneaky toxic traits that can hide in them. You’ll be guided through gentle reflections to discover your authentic love language and ways to truly care for yourself in alignment with it.

This is a space for deep self-discovery, nervous system awareness, and personal growth — where you can explore, connect, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to the way you give and receive love.
