Everyone is welcome to come see what is available to them in the Discovery Coast Region.
This event is proudly hosted by Impact Community Health Service in partnership with CheckUp and Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service.
This event aims to provide our community with information on health and lifestyle services available to them in conjunction with health career opportunities.
Registration is only required for Stall Holders.
Please not all stall holders are required to email a copy of their Public Liability Insurance Certificate to Natalie.Rice@health.qld.gov.au prior to the event.
