This is the perfect evening to find balance and a motivating class for everybody which would provide an enjoyable way to stay active and support a great cause.
It is a fundraising event night for Cahoots to allow Kids-Teens and Young Adult with disability to participate in community activities, attends camps and programs.
He has been teaching Animal Flow since 2018, and he is a fitness enthusiast with passion for helping others. Animal Flow is an incredible discipline/workout. You might think it's break dancing or modern dance or Capoeira / Jiu jitsu groundwork at first glance. Animal flow is a ground-base, bodyweight movement that combines elements of yoga, gymnastics, and animal-inspired movement to create a dynamic workout. Andry will guide us through “travelling ape”, “crocodile rolls” and “scorpion rolls”…and much more.
Suitable for beginner.
