    Event description

Winner of Best Show at the Newcastle and Dubbo Fringes, Best 18+ Show (Young-Howze Awards), and nominated for Best Cabaret at Melbourne Fringe, Disenchanted now comes to the beautiful historic Robbie Burns Hotel in Wyndham for one afternoon only.

Written and performed by Eliane Morel with musical director Daryl Wallis, Disenchanted transports you to a 1699 Paris salon, where, hosted by the vivacious Godmother of Fairy Tales, a cast of disgruntled fairy tale side characters are on a quest to discover: Why was the wolf in Grandma's bed? Did Sleeping Beauty consent? Were the Ugly Sisters' feet really that big? ... And what's this all got to do with the French Revolution?

Starting at 3.00pm on Sunday 19th November, to take advantage of the enchanting indoor and outdoor spaces at the Robbie Burns, and give audience members the chance to sample the hotel's delicious food and drinks both before and after the show, this will be a magical afternoon in a unique venue. Don't miss it!
