Maturing of the region’s wine industry has meant growth in boutique distilleries. An intimate tour of the Wise Wine Distillery in Eagle Bay puts you at the heart of one such operation, with a tasting and distillery tour with the distillery team,  featuring Wise Pisco, Wise Gin, but highlighting the new, yet to be released, Wise brandy, - including tastes of brandy at varying maturity levels from different barrel selections. Your experience concludes with an intimate lunch prepared by the Head Chef matched to premium Wise Wine and an opportunity to purchase brandy pre-release.
