Join us in Stanthorpe for a wonderful weekend of fun & fellowship - Learn something new about some of the amazing Lions projects that are available for clubs to participate in.

You know the hospitality is always great in our little country town! And this event will be no different by showcasing one of our most famous events - That's Right the famous LONG LUNCH! No need to get all Dolled up, through on some Jeans and a Check Shirt and your done! Then it's time to enjoy fellowship with all your fellow Lions members from around the district, enjoy good wholesome country food - Topped off with a Famous Suttons Apple Pie for dessert and most of all, you can enjoy a few local wines... And to end off the afternoon and evening enjoy the sounds of a good old-fashioned country bush dance (featuring the Swamp Dawkins)... You don't need to know the moves; we will learn them all together while laughing and dancing... SO DUST OF YOUR BOOTS and put on your favorite Western Hat and COME ALONG to Stanthorpe this November!

There will be Shuttle Bus picking up from Motels in town from 1:00 pm and returning from 5:00 pm until late (for those how like to dance the night away!)

Long Lunch to be held a the Stanthorpe Show Grounds - Exhibition Centre - Starting 2:00 pm until Late!

Mid to late Spring is the most beautiful time of the year on the Granite Belt, not to cool and not too warm, but always be sure you bring a jacket just in case!

Take advantage of just booking the full package and a special COUNTRY PRICE of only $195! Includes all your meals, but not your Drink, as we know how much you like a drink or two, especially when visiting the Granite Belt!

Friday Kicks off at 4:00 pm where we will have a few local businesses available for tastings and purchases - like a mini good food & wine show! This will allow you plenty of time to catch up with friends and make new ones! - Western Frontier of Fellowship! - no need to register and ride off in to the sunset, you simply arrive and stay for the afternoon and evening... That will give you time on your way in to town or during the day to visit one or two of your favourite attractions on the Granite Belt.

Friday Afternoon Wine Tasting - Wine available for purchase

Each morning you will be treated to a GOOD OLD FASHION COUNTRY COOKUP BREAKFAST at the Civic Centre, this will get you off to a great start for the day! Coffee & Tea Stations will be provided, and for those who like a REAL Coffee, we will have a coffee van on site to service your needs, and for a few bucks, I'm sure you'll be stress free. 

Hearty Breakfast each morning - they will be different each day

Morning Tea will be provided from one of our local bakeries, so you will be treated to many sweet delights.

If you can't make it for the full weekend and you are only attending one of the Morning Sessions, you can simply pick what you want. 

Please keep in mind if you are attending you must still complete a registration form, this is a requirement for reporting to Lions International at the conclusion of the convention.

Join the Stanthorpe Road Club for an exhilarating road bike ride through the stunning back roads of the Granite Belt. Start with a steady climb to the Summit, then glide alongside the NSW border before looping back to the Summit and into lush farmland. Feel the thrill with a quick burst on the highway before returning to the serene back roads. Cap off your journey with an invigorating loop down Caves Road.

Halfway through and feeling tired? You can always cut the ride short. Want to push your limits? Join the front group and aim for the top of the Strava leaderboard. Whatever your speed, we regroup at every turning point to ride together in unity.
