He’s an optimist. He tries to look for the best in people but sometimes that’s challenging so he’s made studying and observing people an ongoing work in progress – how they think, behave, communicate, live, work and play.

With qualifications in communication, governance, education and law (he’s not a lawyer) he brings content relevant to all industries and all types of work and business. He’s a licensed investigator and a trained mediator.
