Finally, we’ll cover your obligations as an employer to ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone. Let’s get into the discussion of psychosocial hazards and how you can manage them effectively. 

About the Panellists

Chris Morrison

Chris is the founder and the Managing Director of Delivering Outcomes (DO Safety), a specialist Work Health and Safety (WHS) company who focus on helping their customers build a practical safety culture, driving positive improvements to their bottom line. DO Safety provides reasonable and practical guidance that accelerates safety while minimising organisational risk. Chris has built a unique skilled team that brings real world local, national, and international experience to simplify safety and ensure it is a business asset.  

Chris’s past background includes a wide and varied history from solving multi-billion-dollar problem projects, rebuilding communities after disasters, leading voluntary organisations, creating transformational digital governments, public speaking and he is an ex-Director of a blue-chip advisory firm. 

He supposedly emigrated to Australia in 2008 for a quiet life, which lasted three days before embarking on another adventure.   

Chris believes that great safety is the foundation of business success for any business no matter the size. 

Juan Perez

Juan is the Founder and Principal Lawyer of Quest Legal and has been a lawyer and run businesses for over 24 years including as a banking and finance executive in various roles. Juan started his private practice over 12 years ago and since then has shared his corporate background and growth-focused mindset with clients, providing personalised, commercial, practical and highly useful business and regulatory advice.

Brad Raynor

Brad is the Executive Director for Cognito. Brad has 30 years of experience leading multimillion-dollar organizations and currently leads Cognito, an executive business development, training, and coaching consultancy. Cognito specializes in three key areas that drive increased profits, leadership freedom, active team engagement, well-being, and retention.
