Dive Like a Girl NZ // @laragoslin - Morning beach yoga!
We are teaming up with the amazing yoga instructor @laragoslin, to bring you a morning beach yoga session. This will be a great opportunity to meet other diving Women on land, and learn some great techniques that you could apply to your skillset in the ocean!
@laragoslin is on a mission to calm your nervous system. She is all about creating a safe space for people to show up as they are; inspiring connection within themselves and others! Lara has kindly donated her time and knowledge to this event, please check her out and koha to her is encouraged :)
When: Saturday 27th April. 7:00am- meet and greet. 7:15am start. With the option for a cafe coffee catch up afterwards.
