Dive Like a Girl NZ + @fitandchat.girlsclub // @move_with_alice - Morning beach yoga!

We are teaming up with the kick ass Women’s fitness social group @fitandchat.girlsclub and the amazing yoga instructor @move_with_alice, to bring you a morning beach yoga session. This will be a great opportunity to meet other diving Women on land, and learn some great techniques that you could apply to your skillset in the ocean!

@fitandchat.girlsclub is a new fitness social club for gals ages 21-35 years that allows Women to excersise and make friends at the same time. They host fitness-based events that create an empowering, welcoming and non-judgemental environment for gals of any level of fitness to do a workout/wellness activity in!

@move_with_alice is all about body positivity and fitness that is actually fun! Alice has kindly donated her time and knowledge to this event, please check her out and koha to her is encouraged :)

When: Saturday 27th April. 6:50am- meet and greet, ice-breaker game. 7:15am start. Afterwards there will be cold brews supplied by @innerbloom.nz!
