Diverse Dogs 'Presence & Play'

Presence and Play is a free 45 minute session of gentle breath work and meditation combined with genetically fulfilling play activity with your dog. Through meditation and breath work we can learn to be fully present with our dogs to connect with them through feeling over thought. Through play you can tap into your dogs genetic instincts and provide them with an opportunity to feel the joy and freedom of expressing their true nature in a fun and controlled manner. This combination of presence and play will help you find balance within yourself, help your dog to find balance in their unique way and provide a framework for you to connect with each other on a deeper level.
