Event description

Many businesses are being forced to review how they're going to survive and grow in a post COVID-19 world.

Across many sectors, diversity has been marked as an untapped source of great innovation.

But what does diversity actually mean for businesses? And what can they do to support a more accepting culture?

Hear from co-founder of Wear it Purple, Katherine Hudson, on the value and importance of including diversity into your business plans for a stronger future. Learn from her first hand experience of fostering a community and business to scale nationally.

This is the perfect event for anyone interested in small business growth, looking to gain insight into representation and wanting to discuss how structures can be put in place to support minorities.
