The system — how resource recovery works in a school, the circular economy principles behind it, and systems thinking applied to your bins, your rounds, and your daily routines.
Your school's plan — activating your School Environmental Management Plan (SEMP), mapping your processes for campus-wide improvement, and measuring outcomes you can report on. Bring your laptop, your bills and aerial shot of your school to get the most out of this workshop.
Your team — building alignment from leadership through to facilities staff, with the confidence to follow through.
