Life is worth celebrating! Yay! Can we embrace all of life? The pain, ups and downs and all emotions? Through play? Yes we can!
This workshop is a dynamic tonic to drop you into your inner child. Through this clown state you’ll explore moving in and out of life’s challenging feelings and moments with felt safety, joy and community fun.
You will learn some improvisation techniques and have plenty of opportunity to express yourself in silly ways and be seen, heard and appreciated in all your parts.
What could be more fun?! A million dollars? I doubt it, but if you send me I’ll test the theory for you.
This is a workshop which I’ve run since 2022 always hits!
