Our journey continues with the transformative power of Transformational Breathing, a technique that goes beyond the limitations of traditional Breathwork. This is a 60 minute journey through intentional, connected breaths, you will release stagnant energy, old patterns, and limiting beliefs, freeing yourself from the shackles that hold you back. As each breath fills your lungs, feel the expansion of your spirit, as if you are being reborn.

To enhance your experience, we incorporate somatic exercises, movement and connection pieces that are designed to bring your awareness back into your body and unravel the layers of tension and stress. Contraindications for breathwork:

Epilepsy, recent surgery, cardiovascular problems, pregnancy, glaucoma/cataracts, severe mental health disorders such as psychosis and heavy medications. If you are concerned please seek medical advice before attending the breathwork session. Please don't take alcohol or other substances the day of the event.

Contraindications for Blue Lily:

Blue Lily is not recommended for those pregnant, breastfeeding or on diabetic medication.

Blue Lily is not suitable for people with liver or kidney conditions.

Please consult your doctor before booking ahead about any allergies to the teas and flower essences or contraindications you may have with your medications or medical history.

It is recommended allow a 1-2hr window after eating to attend ceremony. Tea medicine and energy work is best done and most comfortable when the body is not digesting food.

Scope of Services:
When I purchase a ticket I hereby agree to engage in a Breathwork, event with the facilitators. I understand that Breathwork is a holistic and wellness practice which involves conscious breathing techniques.

Client Responsibilities:
I understand that Breathwork is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. I will inform the facilitators of any medical or psychological conditions I have and will seek professional medical advice if necessary (as outlined in the Waiver to be signed in person on the day).
I agree to be honest and open during sessions, providing accurate information to the facilitators to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the process.
I understand that the facilitators are not licensed therapists or medical professionals, and the sessions are not intended as therapy or medical treatment.

Confidentiality:
I understand that all information shared during the sessions will be kept confidential unless I provide written consent to release specific information. This also means anything that I hear others share I will keep confidential.

Safety Precautions:
I understand that the sessions can be emotionally intense and may involve physical sensations. I will inform the facilitators immediately if I experience any discomfort, pain, or emotional distress during a session.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
I understand and agree that this is a non-refundable event due to the intimacy and effort that is put into the event prior and I am purchasing this ticket under my own free will.In the event that I am unable to attend the non-refundable event, AND I notify the facilitators a minimum of 3 days prior to the event date.

Media:
I consent to the facilitators taking videos, photos and other media content of me when providing the services or otherwise and authorise the facilitators to use this material for marketing purposes or for any other purposes they deem reasonable.

Informed Consent:
By purchasing a ticket it means that I have read and understood the information provided in this agreement, and I voluntarily consent to participate in the sessions with the facilitators, and under my own free will, will sign the required waiver in-person at the event.

ABOUT RACHEL:

Rachel is a registered nurse and educator by trade and has been a nurse for over 20 years. Over the past 4 years she has been on a deep spiritual journey of her own and has experienced different healing modalities. When she got introduced to breathwork that’s when her life started to change. Through breathwork Rachel has been able to re connect with her self, let go of limiting beliefs, release past trauma, gain deep insight to her true self, develop self love and acceptance, align with her true purpose, manifest amazing experiences and bring her visions to reality.

Rachel is a breath coach and facilitator, reiki healer, meditation teacher, NLP Coach and mentor. Her passion is to now share what she had learned through her journey to help others live their best lives. Rachel works intuitively and is always focused on her clients needs.

ABOUT ANNETTE:

Annette is a breath coach and facilitator, sound healer and meditation holder.
Annette started on her healing journey after years of toxic relationships where she decided to face her traumas, release the past and step into her self worth and love.
Annette is passionate about helping others find their purpose and to live on alignment of their truths and soul values.
