This workshop is an opportunity for women to connect with their bodies mentally, energetically and physically by learning some of the fundamental aspects of the human body, how to thrive and listen to it in an intuitive way.

About Tracey

Tracey Lee is a 11x International Best Selling Author, a Molecular Biologist (BSc) with minors in Forensics and Immunology, Qualified Health & Nutrition Coach, Host of Sticky Fingers Podcast & The Mind Body Studio Podcast & Founder of both the Divine Feminine Sisterhood & Perth Wellness Tribe.
