What to Expect:

Opening Rose Tea Ceremony
We begin by sharing a sacred rose tea, connecting with the heart-opening essence of the rose. This ceremony will gently set the scene for the day, softening your energy, awakening your senses, and creating a tender container of love and connection for the deep journey ahead.

Meditation to Reconnect with Ancestral Feminine Energy
A guided meditation to ground into the heart and journey into the womb space, awakening the wisdom within. From here, we will expand through time and space, reconnecting with the collective lineage of the mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers who walk with us.

Womb Clearing & Healing
Through sacred guided practices, we will release emotional blockages, past traumas, and ancestral patterns stored in the womb. This clearing restores balance, allowing you to reclaim your creative and nurturing energy.

Spiritual Art Creation
Towards the end of the day, you will be invited into creative expression. Using intuitive art practices, you’ll create a personal piece inspired by your journey — a reflection of the healing, wisdom, and empowerment you’ve awakened.

Closing Integration Circle
We complete the journey in a sacred circle of sharing, grounding and honouring all that has unfolded.
