DIVINE Flow - Pilates & Paint Workshop

Let us take you through a morning of movement and creativity! 

Recently together we created a deck of Affirmation Cards - this deck is named Divine Flow. It's 33 cards designed to help bring positivity and joy into your world, and so now we wold love to share that with you to get in flow & create your own affirmation. 

Join us for a dynamic pilates session with Steph, followed by a colourful painting class guided by Amber to create your very own tale home affirmation card.

8:15am - Arrival

8:30 - Pilates 

9:15 - Nourishing snacks + refuel

9:30 - Paint Class

10:15 event concludes
