PROGRAMME
Our enlightening and healing programme includes:

• Start time 9:30am
• Cacao Ceremony – led by Kirsten
this a sacred opening to help you ground into your body, feel
connected to the voice in your heart and prepare you for the day ahead.
• Heart healing meditation
• Powerful Chakra Breathwork Activation to open up your energy channels and bring you into a much more peaceful space of balance and alignment.
• Gentle yoga flow to get our energy moving and feeling alive ready for the day ahead
• Soul Nourishing Lunch
• Self-reflection workshops – Abbey will guide you through a series of techniques and rituals which will help you manifest your best future self. These include visualisation techniques, journal work and other reflective workshops, which will help you to create a clear vision for your future.
• Closing ceremony• Finish 4pm – celebrate what you have learned throughout the day by sharing a mocktail with retreat attendees, Kirsten and Abbey.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
With over 20 years experience in the food and event industry, we believe that what you nourish your body with with has a big impact on your life and experience at the retreat. We serve a selection of whole foods, that are not only delicious but have healing properties. Our offerings on the day are rich in vitamins, minerals, protein and essential fatty acids to support a healthy mind, body and soul.
Special dietary requirements: We cater for most dietary requirements so be sure to let us know at the time of booking.
