What to Expect

You’ll lie on your yoga mat, enjoy a deeply relaxing meditation before you immerse yourself in sacred music. Connect with the energy tingling through your body as it floods you with empowerment and new beginnings. I’ll work in your energy field, clearing, touching your chakras and meridians, activating and re-calibrating your energy centres and bringing in an intense transmission of life-force energy. You'll enjoy a sensuous journey with your Divine Other where we reprogram the cells of your body to raise your expectations of how you want to be treated by your partner. You’ll integrate the higher frequency energy before I bring you back with a grounding meditation.

What is a Kundalini Activation?

Kundalini is another word for Shakti, Prana, Qi or the Holy Spirit. It's how you use the energy that's important. I specialise in three different types of Kundalini Activation to work organically within your psyche to challenge your energy field and raise your vibration, without experiencing jarring shifts.
