What to Expect

You’ll lie on your yoga mat, enjoy a deeply relaxing meditation before you immerse yourself in sacred music. Connect with the energy tingling through your body as it floods you with empowerment and new beginnings.

I’ll work in your energy field, clearing, touching your chakras and meridians, activating and re-calibrating your energy centres and bringing in a transmission of life-force energy.

You'll enjoy a sensuous journey with your Divine Other where we reprogram the cells of your body to raise your expectations of how you want to be treated by your partner. You’ll integrate the higher frequency energy before I bring you back with a grounding meditation.

What is a Kundalini Activation?

Kundalini is another word for Shakti, Prana, Qi or the Holy Spirit. It's how you use the energy that's important. I specialise in three different types of Kundalini Activation to work organically within your psyche to challenge your energy field and raise your vibration, without experiencing jarring shifts.

The activation switches on your life force energy and deepens your connection with yourself, your Soul self, and with Source. It’s a continual process of Releasing, Receiving and Becoming – of death and rebirth. This strengthens your confidence, your sense of self, your intuition to receive guidance and your motivation. It's a gentle but powerful way to create positive and lasting change into your life.

About me

I started my life as a financial journalist in London. Now I’m a full-time energy healer and spiritual coach. Makes sense right? How I got here is a story for another time, but I’ve now been on my spiritual journey for 19 years and a healer for six years – specialising in Kundalini healing.

I now offer three different frequencies of Kundalini healing – Kundalini Activation Transmission (KAT), PAX and Divine Kundalini – Mind, Body, Spirit, a modality for each. The process of experiencing these three modalities I call Release, Receive and Become.

I’m also a Pellowah practitioner and teacher as well as a Reiki Master/Teacher but no-one asks me for those anymore. And neither will you once you’ve experienced these Kundalini modalities.

To say I love what I do is an understatement. I’m very much in my masculine, so I’m results driven and delight in the changes I see in clients’ lives. I hope this changes yours too.
