Through sound Kyle will bathe you in sacred sounds from multiple instruments to help ease the mind.
The rhythmic sounds facilitate the movement of energy through the body to deliver a DEEP energetic reboot of the nervous system.
Annie will help us prepare for our experience through a guided breathwork meditation settling you into a cozy space to receive her hands on energy healing.
Integrated Energy Therapy (aka IET) works on non traditional meridians to help you to release, heal and harmonize on all levels (mind-body-spirit)
