Annie will guide us through a mediation settling you into a cosy space to receive her hands on energy therapy- IET aka Integrated Energy Therapy. ⁣

IET works using hands-on touch directed to non traditional meridians of the body where we hold emotions. ⁣

⁣

This energy healing process clears emotional issues from the cellular memory of your bodies tissues and supports you in the self-healing process. ⁣

Kyle will then guide us all into a soothing and serenading sound bath, using a variety of planetary gongs and 432 hz crystal singing bowls. ⁣

Participants will fall into an induced meditation, traveling through the inner parts of their subconscious, embarking on an in-ward journey while re-connecting with their inner spirits while discovering new ways to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit.⁣
