Event description

Cultivating dialogue and understanding around big, challenging issues. In a time when personal choice and bodily autonomy are at the center of national conversation, what does it truly mean to have agency over our own bodies?

Join us for an open and courageous dialogue exploring how bodily autonomy shows up across many aspects of life—from healthcare and gender identity to reproductive rights, disability rights, and personal safety. How do we navigate conversations around related issues such as mandates, reproductive freedom and access to healthcare without reducing them to political binaries?

This town hall is not a debate. It’s an invitation to listen, share, and connect across perspectives.
We will hold space for the complexity of our experiences while fostering a sense of belonging, understanding, and mutual respect.

Come early to grab a drink at Relevant and food from Goonburger next door. Many thanks to Relevant for hosting this month's
town hall.

Expect:

  • Honest engagement in a safe, welcoming space
  • Reflection on how bodily autonomy impacts different communities
  • Opportunities to share personal insights or simply listen
  • Dialogue that seeks connection over division

Together, we'll move beyond polarized narratives, toward deeper understanding and shared humanity.
