Who can attend this event? - We warmly welcome everyone to join us for this special event, regardless of age! Bring your family, including the little ones, and immerse yourselves in enchanting celebration. It's an event designed for all to enjoy and cherish together. 🌟
What makes the ticket worth it? 🤔 When you purchase the standard ticket, you’re not just reserving a entry — you’re getting an all-access pass to an unforgettable evening filled with culture, devotion, entertainment, games, and keepsakes 🎶🌸🕺🪔✨. Everything is included so you can relax, immerse yourself, and create beautiful memories with friends & family ❤️🎆. 🛍️ Please note: purchases at market/tea stall/merchandise stalls are not included.
Is there food available for the event? - Yes, attendees have the option to pre-purchase dinner packs for their convenience. These meals are provided at cost via an external caterer and must be pre-booked during event registration. Pre-booked meals will be available for collection at the venue from 6:15 PM onwards in the venue Gym.
Can I eat the food during the event? - Please note that no food is allowed in the main event space. All food will need to be consumed in designated areas prior to the event start. This ensures a clean and comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy the performances and talks.
When should I order the food? - Food can be conveniently ordered while you are registering for the event. This ensures your meal is pre-booked and ready for collection at the venue.
Is the food nut/allergen free? - The caterer's vegetarian menu items may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and milk. While the caterer takes precautions to prevent cross-contamination, they cannot guarantee that dishes are completely allergen-free. By ordering the food, you agree that Chinmaya Mission does not hold any liability and that the caterer has made clear that allergens or traces of allergens may be present.
Can I get a refund for my food purchases? - No refunds are available for food purchases. Once the meals are pre-booked during event registration, the order is considered final. We appreciate your understanding
Is there parking available at the venue? - Yes, there is parking available at the venue. Please follow the signs and instructions from our volunteers to ensure a smooth parking experience.
Can I reserve seats for the event? - We operate on a free seating basis, so seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All the performances will be occurring in the Auditorium with a limit seating. Please arrive early to secure your preferred spot. Enjoy the flexibility and choose any available seat when you arrive!
