Discover the traditional Indian Ayurvedic practice of making mukhwas—a colourful and aromatic blend of seeds and spices traditionally enjoyed after meals to aid digestion and freshen the breath. You'll learn how to create your own unique blend to take home while exploring the cultural significance of this long-standing tradition.

Diwali symbolises the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil. It is a joyful celebration of hope, prosperity and the coming together of family, friends and community.
