SUPRA Grant - Compost Making Workshop

Join us for a Community Compost Workshop in collaboration with @usyd.garden

In this workshop, we’ll learn how to turn food leftovers into compost at home. Did you know that food waste contributes up to 10% of global greenhouse gases? That’s more than the emissions from flying (1.9%), producing plastic (3.8%), and extracting oil (3.8%) combined. By making compost, you can take a small step towards addressing the larger issue of food waste and make a positive impact on the environment. Come and join us!
We will have food scraps for you at the workshop...however, you are more than welcome to bring your own! ☺️
(Lunch will be provided)
