DIY Natural Cleaning Products Workshop with Rocio
Event description
Make your own household products using everyday materials and techniques that are easy to replicate at home. Rocio will share the many benefits with you, including avoiding nasty chemicals in your home, nasty chemicals heading into the environment, single use plastics, and saving money.
This is a hands-on and social workshop where you will make your own dishwashing soap, laundry liquid and a citrus cleaning spray. At the end of the workshop you will have the knowledge to make your own products at home, a sample of what we made during class and a handout with instructions and a list of local businesses where to buy your materials.
Our weekly farmer's market will be in full swing during your workshop, so it's worth arriving a little early to check out the stalls and maybe buy some fresh produce.
