Set sail for Fremantle these school holidays!

As part of Freo’s pirate-themed holiday fun, bring the whole family down to Gage Roads for an upbeat, ocean-inspired crafting adventure right by the harbor.

Kids and parents alike can create their very own pirate or mermaid treasure chest - perfect for stashing seashells, secret trinkets, or booty from your day exploring Freo.

Event Highlights

Tie Into Freo's Pirate Fun: A perfect stop during your family’s holiday adventure around Fremantle!

Mess-Free Crafting: No paint required - pens only! We use hot glue, natural sea shells, sparkly gems, authentic materials, and nautical decorations to design custom our treasure chests.

All Ages & All Abilities: Completely inclusive, accessible, and fun for everyone - from little buccaneers to grandparents.

All Materials Provided: Wooden treasure chests and a bounty of sea-inspired craft supplies are included with every ticket.

Family-Friendly Waterfront Vibe: Relax by the water, soak in the ocean views, and grab a meal or brew at Gage Roads while the whole family keeps busy!

Parental supervision is essential.

Support workers need to be present with their clients.

Wheelchair access provided.

1 parent per 2 children ratio required
