Join us for headspace day celebrations on Friday 9 October for a relaxed day outdoors, where there’s no pressure to achieve, perform or have everything figured out.

Come along, slow down, spend some time in nature, connect with other young people and simply enjoy being present.

This event is open to young people aged 12 - 18

The day is all about taking a break from the usual pressures of everyday life and giving yourself some space to reset.

You can participate in activities at your own pace, meet new people, get creative, or simply sit back and enjoy the day there’s no expectation to do anything!
