Stakeholder Success: Mastering Design Presentations with Leadership Guidance

No matter where you're designing, there's always one thing you can count on: stakeholder input. And if you can't avoid it, you might as well embrace it!

Learning to love the stakeholder presentation is a crucial step in advancing your design career, and it's a skill that you'll lean on in every job. If you've ever been stressed about sharing your work because you know there'll be some messy feedback, then it's time to work on it.

Maxy's presentation will take you through the five secrets to get you through any stakeholder management problem, with practical tips so that you can apply them immediately. And if you're in a position to lead designers, we'll also cover some ways to get these lessons through to your team and coach them through their stakeholder woes.
