// OVERVIEW OF PRESENTATION
AI is upon us whether we like it or not. Those who will succeed in the future will embrace the change and use AI as their personal assistant to speed up and make their work life more efficient. When the calculator was first introduced, there was outrage. Teachers didn't want to have to use it or compete with it. As time went on, students and indeed people all over the world, use the calculator as an assistant to help figure out and solve problems more efficiently. AI tools are the same.

This talk will cover an overview of handy AI tools that UX Designers and researchers alike can use, to work smarter, faster and with more ease.

// PRESENTATION #2
Ben will present on Fighting for your right to design in business and government digital transformation projects

// BEN BIO
I thoroughly enjoy the opportunities design presents, to continually learn and support customers in improving their digital products and the way they serve their customers. Design has given me the opportunity to connect with amazing people all over the world, creating a bridge between business and technology teams through the use of HCD methodologies and tools to deliver valuable customer experiences and outcomes. I currently lead the design team at Wongdoody, mentoring and growing an incredible team of designers who work with leading Australian businesses and government departments.

// OVERVIEW OF PRESENTATION
Ben will share insights from designing within large corporates and government departments. Discussing the design processes Wongdoody uses, the ways of communicating the value of design, and the common challenges designers face.

The talk will cover the pragmatic ways design methodologies are applied and communicated when working with enterprise software applications, and why customer-centricity is still important.
