    Learning Outcomes

Throughout the event, the course encourages the thoughtful development of planning and scheduling activities within your own facility by your team. This course allows class participants to take specific practices home to their own organizations to implement a new planning organization or dramatically improve an existing one. It's not unusual for companies to see a significant jump in efficiency & effectiveness from their maintenance planning, scheduling & crafts / trades after completing this workshop.

This course will help your maintenance department reduce the percentage of reactive work, improve the work output & historical information capture and help your crafts / trades more effectively reduce your work order backlog & get onto more proactive activities.

Recognizing that most plants already cover their reactive maintenance, almost all of any extra work order completion is purely reactive work. So planning and scheduling answers the question: "How can I do extra proactive work when I have my hands full with reactive work?" Discover and take home these practices to your company.

Note: This is the 1 day brochure.
The 1-day workshop has a bit less discussion on topics and does not cover materials management or shutdowns.
