Bring Your Dog Day at David Roche Gallery

To celebrate Best in Show 2025: Australian Photographic Dog Prize exhibition, David Roche Gallery is opening its gallery to dogs and their owners on Saturday, 20 September 2025 from 10am–4pm! Enjoy looking at the finalist photographs of canines from around Australia with your pet pooch.*

Relax in the garden with wines for purchase from Simon Tolley and treat your furry friend to a custom portrait by talented pet sketch artist Ivana Prophet.

Best in Show 2025 celebrates the many ways dogs continue to play a central role in our lives. A joyful exhibition and moving tribute to the loyalty and beauty of dogs through the eyes of talented photographers across the country. Entries were received from professional and amateur photographers and young photographers (12─18 years). Selected finalists’ photographs are exhibited in four distinct categories ─ dog portraits, dogs and companions, dogs in action, and puppies.

**Dogs must be on a leash and well socialised.

Parking: Limited free parking is available onsite for visitors to David Roche Gallery.

Disabled car parking is available. The gallery accommodates wheelchair access however, mobility scooters are not suitable. Both ambulant and non-ambulant toilets are available.
