Life Skills & Puppy Class
This class is for all dogs and all ages. Puppies over 12 weeks old welcome. Reading material will be provided.
Please note that dogs do not meet each other in our class. We want our dog's to look at us when there are other dogs. We want to build on the relationship we have with our dog. If there are a few puppies, they can play together at the end of the last day of the course, with owner's permission
You will learn:
- to teach self-control to your dog,
- how to teach your dog with emotions, so that you don't have to rely on treats all the time.
- how to prevent unruly behaviours.
- why your dog does what he dogs
- how to play with your dog.
- to get your dog come back to you
- how to teach commands sit, down, come, etc
- how to get your dog to walk beside you (with or without a harness)
- how to train your dog silently !
This is an outdoor area so please dress appropriately.
