Dog Yoga

Bring a mat, bring your pup, and experience the best way to yoga.

We will be joined by Alex Garza from Flow Yoga Center. The practice that Alex offers is a physical, mental, and spiritual conditioning for the body, mind, and soul to create balance in these 3 aspects of life. The asana and philosophy he teaches is rooted in Ashtanga, Iyengar, Bikram, Rocket, Power, & Yin Yoga. Another great passion he enjoys sharing is centered around food, wine, and the outdoors. When Alex isn’t teaching yoga, he is most likely playing golf or hiking, or at home whipping up delicious meals to share with family and friends.

Each ticket include a day pass for one dog. Please make sure your dog is registered with us and all vaccinated are up to date and uploaded here before you come.
