It’s time to ‘paws’ and celebrate International Friendship Day with DOGA under the Dome!
Westfield Plus members - bring your furry best friend and adopt some self-care as you enjoy a heavenly yoga session in the winter sun at Westfield Chermside.
DOGA infuses mindful meditation with animal therapy, giving you and your dog an opportunity to de-stress and relax. This easy-going, social event is for everyone, so if you feel like you or your puppy are inexperienced, put your worries aside!

Location: Under the Dome, Level 2 Outdoor Dining Precinct
Cost: $5 per person per session (all proceeds will be donated to Story Dogs) Bookings are essential.
Session 1: 9am – 9.25am
Session 2: 9.40am – 10.05am
Session 3: 10.20am – 10.45am
Session 4: 11am – 11.25am

Important Information:
- Customers must be 16 years of age or over to participate. A parent or guardian must accompany participants under 18 years of age.
- Only one dog per person is permitted to attend.
- Best parking: Dining Precinct Car Park, located corner of Gympie Rd and Banfield St. Please park here and travel directly to the Dome for your allocated session time. Pets are not permitted inside the Centre at any time.
- A yoga mat and all equipment will be provided.
- What to bring:
- Comfortable clothing suitable for activities, such as stretching
- Water bottle
- Favourite dog treats
Terms and conditions:
- Only one dog is permitted to attend per ticket holder.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
- Owner/s must be responsible for their dog/s at all times.
- Pets are not permitted inside the Centre at any time.
- For the purpose of this event, dogs are only permitted within the event space and when travelling to and from the recommended carpark to this area. Please note, on any other day, dogs are not permitted at Westfield Chermside, including outdoor dining areas and the Dome.
- Please ensure that your dog is comfortable and familiar within a social setting and in the presence of other dogs.
- Participants warrant their pet to be current with all vaccinations and in good health to the best of their knowledge.
- In the event that any animal exhibits aggressive or threatening behaviours or health issues, staff members reserve the right to remove them from the Centre.
- Customers must be 16 years or over to participate. A parent or guardian must accompany participants under 18 years of age.
- DOGA provider, Karmably, requires all participants on arrival to read and sign a waiver agreement prior to participating. To view this waiver prior to purchasing your ticket, please click here.
- DOGA may be cancelled in the event of wet weather. In this instance, all participants will be notified and provided a full refund.
