Plant Wisdom Circle with Dogwood

In this month's plant wisdom circle we will work with the spirit of Pacific Dogwood, an ethereal spirit of grace and renewal, native to these PNW forests.

She can help us hold both our shadow and our light with equal love and acceptance, helping us find clarity and equanimity within. From that place of wholeness, aligned with our internal power, we can move more authentically in the world. 

Together we will create a ceremonial space to journey with Dogwood's medicine. You will have time to sit in silent meditation to connect with the spirit of Dogwood, and receive messages from this powerful presence.

The group journeying space creates a strong container for the medicine of the plant to come through. As we share in the plant medicine, we channel insights for ourselves, one another, and the collective. This ancestral practice of deep intuitive listening and dreaming together is such a potent and important gift to the Earth and ourselves. 

These spaces provide the pivitol practice of trusting our intuitive inklings, and receiving validation of them within a community setting. Being in intentional space to honor and listen to the plants is an ancestral practice that helps us remember how to be in relationship with the forces of nature. It is a practice that is greatly appreciated by the plants, and it feeds our deep, soul-selves.

Amy Terepka is a bodyworker, earth medicine practitioner, priestess, writer, and teacher in Portland, OR. She has has been a student of the plants for close to 20 years, and has held ceremony and taught plant spirit medicine for the past 13 yrs.

She has a deep understanding of the connection between the body, mind, and spirit, and is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and the Earth, particularly with the support from the plant realms. She offers a unique, holistic approach to healing through her bodywork practice, Groundwater Healing, which includes an embodied approach to spiritual medicine.
