The Mastercamp Dojo is a 2-day immersive retreat designed to deepen and embody the powerful distinctions from the Integral Sensemaking & Adaptive Action™ curriculum — but in a way that can only happen in physical space, with full presence, in community, and with the land.

Held just after Agile2025, this exclusive gathering offers a chance to practice what cannot be practiced online.

Who It’s For:

This retreat is open to graduates of the Enterprise Coach Mastercamp or Transformation Mastery, and graduates of internal Cohorts produced by CoGrow.Space as well as selected practitioners with deep experience in enterprise-level change.

Whole-Group Integral Sensemaking & Adaptive Action Labs
Engage in collective inquiry and real-time systemic action cycles, grounded in the Integral Sensemaking & Adaptive Action™ framework. Work with live organizational tensions, and move from insight to movement—together.
Meditation & Mindfulness Practices
Begin and end each day with embodied presence. Strengthen the relationship between mind, heart, and spirit, creating space for grounded awareness and deep listening—within and with others.
Systemic Constellations & Field Work
Experience the unseen dynamics of systems through constellation work in a shared energetic field. Surface hidden patterns, generational influences, and organizational entanglements—and move them toward flow.
Sensemaking & Somatic Dialogue Circles
Connect deeply with fellow enterprise leaders and coaches. Share insights, reflect on your developmental edge, and build a web of relational intelligence and co-regulation.

With the rugged and gorgeous Colorado mountains as our Container, let the land and silence do their work. Sense beyond the cognitive. Remember what wants to emerge through you.

Logisitical Details

Dates: Friday Aug 1 evening (4 pm arrival) to Sunday Aug 3 after lunch | following Agile2025

Location: Dao House Retreat Center in the Mountains near Estes Park, Colorado

Spots are limited – an intentionally small group for deep fieldwork and intimate facilitation.

Price: USD $950 including local, organic farm-to-table fresh meals (dinner Friday through Lunch Sunday).

*Lodging is not included but is $189/night single occupancy.
