Dom Your Bladder
Take control of your bladder and reclaim confidence in your body. This fun and informative pelvic health workshop combines physical therapy strategies, movement, and education to help you understand your continence, build strength, and respond to urgency with skill—not panic.
1 in 3 adults experience urinary incontinence at some point in life—you're not alone, and you’re not powerless.
Learn to:
Understand the difference between urge and stress incontinence
Use “the knack” to prevent leaks when coughing, laughing, or sneezing
Kegel with confidence: how to engage the right muscles the right way
Keep a bladder diary and track helpful patterns
Identify common bladder irritants (what’s really behind those frequent urges)
Practice breathwork and body mechanics that support continence
Use urge suppression techniques and timed voiding strategies
Build pelvic floor strength without overdoing it
Move through your day (and bathroom lines!) with more ease
This class is inclusive, educational, and empowering—perfect for anyone looking to feel more at home in their body, whether you leak a little or want to prevent future issues.
