Join us for our free ongoing support program designed to assist women and non-binary folk who have experienced or are currently facing family or domestic violence.

Our program operates on a self-help model, creating a supportive environment for sharing and healing. Despite the structured format each week, the group remains open to new participants at any time, allowing you to join whenever you're available.

To ensure the group is a good fit, all prospective participants will have a brief interview prior to joining.

In addition to the group sessions, we offer free individual counselling for both adults and children. This additional support is available for those interested in one-on-one sessions to complement their group experience.
