Free Domestic & Family Violence Group

Join us for our free ongoing support program designed to assist individuals who have experienced or are currently facing family or domestic violence. This flexible, rotating group is open to new attendees at any time, allowing you to participate as needed. Our program operates on a self-help model, creating a supportive environment for sharing and healing.

To ensure the group is a good fit, all prospective participants will have a brief interview prior to joining.

In addition to the group sessions, we offer free individual counseling for both adults and children. This additional support is available for those interested in one-on-one sessions to complement their group experience.
