Don Showalter is a 10x FIBA Gold-Medal winning coach with over 50 years of experience, shaping the careers of NBA stars like Jayson Tatum & Anthony Edwards. As a U.S. Olympic Committee Volunteer Coach of the Year and head coach at the Nike Hoop Summit & Jordan Brand Classic, his résumé speaks for itself.
He’s joined by Dean Vickerman, 3× NBL Championship-winning coach, current Melbourne United head coach, and Associate Head Coach of the Boomers. One of the more accomplished coaches on Australian soil, he excels at building winning cultures, guiding United to multiple NBL titles and becoming a driving force in Australian Basketball
With a host guiding the session, Coach Don and Coach Dean will dive into their philosophies, share incredible stories, and unpack what it takes to support and manage elite talent whilst building winning cultures.
