Worship Queer Collective in association with Sydney WorldPride presents… Don’t Cha Wish You Yum Cha?

After a sell-out premiere, the Collective is serving an even spicier show featuring Queer🔥Asian🔥Excellence🔥from across Australia!

DCWYYC? brings together live music, drag, dance and delectable plant-based Yum Cha delicacies at the iconic Red Rattler Theatre which will be transformed into a Queer Yum Cha institution from Feb 24-26th 🌈🏳️‍⚧️✨

Created and hosted by Dyan Tai, our line up includes Queer Asian artists from across the country: Aysha Buffet (Melbourne), Daddy Charles (Canberra), Kim Schotte (Brisbane), local queens Karna Ford, Ivory Glaze, our resident fire artist, Silvy Meow, pole artists and dancers, Onyx, Ember, Mia, Quench, Risako, Jack Thepsourintone, Whyan, Xuan Lee acrobatic duo, Karen and Aneta, live music by BVT, AnSo, Jade Kenji, Clarissa Mei, DJ Red Rey and many more!

Tickets include handmade plant-based yum cha delicacies specially prepared by Auntie Wombat.  

Sample menu (subject to change):

  • Mushroom and water chestnut shumai (vegan)
  • Steamed cheong fun (vegan, gf)
  • Pan fried turnip cake (vegan, gf)
  • Steamed chinese broccoli with crispy garlic oil (vegan, gf)
  • Fragrant vegetable fried rice (vegan, gf)
  • Mango crepes with fresh vegan cream 

*Yum Cha is a social event recommended to be enjoyed as a community experience. We encourage you to buy tickets as a group to ensure you’re seated with your besties. 

**Auslan interpretation is available for both Saturday Feb 25th shows. The Red Rattler is a wheelchair accessible venue and all-gender bathrooms are available.
