IRS Senior Special Agent Poulter serves as the Bank Secrecy Act Coordinator in the Northern Judicial District of Indiana. Senior Special Agent Smulski has investigated potential criminal violations for the last 18 years in the areas of tax fraud, employment tax, money laundering, identity theft, and public corruption.
