Welcome to Follow the Flow Yoga,

Follow the Flow Yoga is all about reconnecting to yourself, your intuition and harnessing your power so you can follow your dreams.  

This winter warmer yoga class is designed to stimulate your whole being so you are warm and ready for your day, its got space so you can tap into your creativity and lastly its also a chance to connect to a really beautiful community (we go out for an optional coffee after class).

Classes are suitable for all bodies and we welcome everyone.
