Somatic Workshop for Women, Adelaide

I spent years asking permission to want things. Can I dream about this? am I allowed to have it? is this even possible for me?

Turns out I wasn't stuck, or lazy, or behind... I had patterns running in the background I'd never looked at! keeping me stuck in self-sabotage without realising it.

Once I saw them, I started catching myself... pausing to check where my actions were actually coming from. Is this me, or is this an old pattern running on autopilot? That question alone changed how I move through my life. I'm so much more aware, more intentional, and I catch myself so much faster now. And this is what I want to show you.

What we'll actually do?

This is a somatic workshop. We'll look at how your nervous system takes the control without you noticing, how it activates, and how to bring it back to regulated. You'll identify your own nervous system response so you can work with it instead of against it, including how movement helps regulate it.

This is a space to connect — with yourself and with the other women in the room.

And so this doesn't just live in the one day, you'll leave with a set of reflection questions to keep working with on your own.

What you'll leave with:

Awareness of what your body remembers, even when your mind isn't consciously aware of it
Clarity on your own specific nervous system responses — what activates you, and what actually helps you come back to regulated
A way to notice what your body's telling you, even before you can name it
Practical tools for the moments you start doubting yourself
Connection with a group of women doing the same work
A clearer sense of what's actually possible for you
