Your opinion matters — receive $50 for your time

Pinetree Donvale is planning an exciting new chapter for the community, with a new development featuring 77 contemporary apartments and an impressive range of facilities designed to support an active, social and enjoyable lifestyle.

As we finalise the design, we want to hear from people aged 65 and over about what matters most to them when considering retirement living.

Join us for a one-hour paid market research session and share your views on the proposed apartments, facilities, services and community spaces. Your feedback will help us better understand what people want from a modern retirement community.

The proposed development will include a range of new amenities, including a restaurant, swimming pool, gym, cinema and more, alongside the established community and lifestyle that Pinetree Donvale has offered residents since 1978.

This is an opportunity to have your say, share your ideas and influence the thinking behind this exciting new development.

Participants will receive $50 as a thank-you for their time.
