Doodle Journaling with Bimba (Online)
Event description
When was the last time you picked up a journal with some open-ended time for yourself? This doodle journaling workshop is a gentle invitation for you to reflect, imagine and get curious about your life - with words and doodles.
Doodle Journaling is a great opportunity to get an insight to how you are really feeling about yourself and the world, what might be worrying you and where might you be wanting to focus your energy moving forward. Bimba's class invites you to jot down your thoughts and feelings via scribbles and creative doodles.
They can be as simple or colorful as you like. It's an opportunity to allow yourself the space to put down what you are feeling into a visual format that stimulates your mind at the same time.

- How to incorporate journaling rituals into your day
- How to use colour and shapes to stimulate the mind and memory
- The opportunity to share your insights from journaling to the groupÂ
